We’re On a Mission to Rescue Dry Skin
As some of you may already know, I was selected to become a member of Vaseline’s Dry Skin Patrol this Winter. The team will be traveling to 4 states with some of the harshest weather around to see just how Vaseline Intensive Rescue Lotion can help our skin look and feel healthier.
I’m so excited about being a part of this awesome event! Who would have thought that a simple product review would turn into this?
Or my name in the NY Times?
Or the adventure of a lifetime?
I mean, c’mon, how often does an island girl get to go dogsledding?
Coming along with me are 2 other cool bloggers: Kari @ A Giveaway Addicted Mommy & Michelle @ The Adventures of Supermom. Also joining us will be celebrity Wendie Malik of Hot in Cleavland and dermatologist, Dr. Jessica Wu. During the next few months, we’ll be tackling the Philadelphia Marathon, the Winternational Ski event in Aspen, the Polar Bear Plunge in Staten Island, and the Beargrease Dogsled Marathon in Minnesota.
You can follow along on Vaseline’s Facebook page as we make our way through these various events as well as request FREE samples, enter to win a trip to one of the tour stop destinations, and interact with all the team members . . . including me! Ask us a question or just stop by to say Hi. Believe me, this warm weather gal is going to need all the support she can get! Talk about culture shock!
So why is Vaseline on a mission to rescue dry skin?
Did you know that 86% of women report that their quality of life is affected by dry skin? I know that when my skin looks dry I feel self-conscious and unattractive. And being in a job where I’m constantly in the public eye, a healthy appearance is very important to me. Vaseline Intensive Rescue Lotion has helped me do just that without leaving me feeling greasy or oily. After all, as a Mom to 3 little girls I don’t have time to wait for a lotion to absorb into my skin.
That’s why Vaseline has decided to deliver 1 million good skin days to women across America by taking their message on the road, offering free samples, and helping you with your skin-related questions.
Come along for the adventure at Vaseline’s Facebook page.
I am being compensated by Vaseline for my time to travel.
