A Special Mom Moment

This special Mom moment was taken at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel where we celebrated my sister’s birthday.
With DH being gone a lot due to work, I feel so blessed to have two such wonderful daughters. They are the reason I get up every morning and are truly my best friends. During the sad days, they can make me laugh like no one else can. They really are the joys of my life. Of course, they have their moments when I wonder how these sometimes naughty children actually came from me (I was such a good child . . . hee hee) but I guess it just makes the good times that much more memorable.
The reason I chose this particular photo, besides the fact that we’re all looking at the camera at the same time, is because it reminds me of the ones my mom used to take of me and my sister in our matching dresses when we were younger. Such great memories!

What a sweet photo. You’re even color coordinated! You guys look so beautiful. Baby Bug seems to be growing quite a bit. I still don’t get what that doctor told you about her. She looks like she’s developing very nicely.
It’s hard to understand how much children change you until you have them. Luna is the light of my life and I could not possibly feel closer to her even if she came from my body…though I do forget sometimes that she didn’t!

BEAUTIFUL!! The three of you are gorgeous, as are the surroundings in the photo. You could be on a commercial for Hawaiian tourism.
BTW, that photo makes me want to come back to Hawaii. Next time I’m going to lay on the veranda with a drink, though. Last time we did all the sightseeing stuff which was wonderful, but next time I want to relax and feel those beach breezes on my face.
