Wow, that would have been so nerve wracking. Glad to hear it turned out ok.

OMG! That was a close call. Too close for comfort. I can only imagine the horror you must have felt when you realized the stroller was not there. It would have taken me at least the rest of the day to recover from that one. Great shot indeed, but certainly not worth the nerve-wrecking experience!

Never had a stroller incident (*sending hugs to make you feel better*) BUT, did have a store buggy incident...

I was in the Dollar Tree buying stuff to fill goodie bags for the girls class at halloween time. I always put one of the girls in the back of the buggy and one in the front seat. Well, I turned around for ONE split second to grab something off the shelf and BAM BANG KABOOOM! I hear both girls giggling and the store lady is like OMG ARE THEY OKAY? I turned around and looked and they had overturned the buggy and half of the merchandise that was on the closest shelf to them! They didnt get hurt, but it definetely taught me that I shouldnt turn my back on them in a store!!!!!

I am so glad that baby bug is okay! It really sucks that people dont have the courtesy to help one another anymore :(

I can't believe no one stopped her or at least drew attention to the fact that she was rolling away. I can only imagine how scared you were when you looked down and saw she wasn't there.

The photo, though, is terrific! That's a really great perspective.

Great shot but I totaly agree, not worth the anxiety. I've done so many stupid and embarrassing things that I've blogged about.

I guess the one that I can think of that is similar to this but much worse is when one of our kids got lost in Disneyworld Epcot Center. She was in a snit because we said no to a certain attraction because we were trying to get over to another popular attraction while it was earlier and not too crowded and we told her we would come back to the one she wanted later. She was about 5 or 6 and very rebellious and took off on us because she was so mad. Needless to say we lost alot of time and incurred endless grief looking for her. After that I started using wrist straps around her and me so I would not lose her. LOL ;)

** That is one of my worst fears . . . losing my child in an amusement park. I can't even imagine what you went through! Glad it all turned out okay in the end.

I have done things like this! You lose your mind a little in that moment. My son climbed out of the stroller and almost fell. SO scarey. Great photo though!!!

** In fact, just today at the shopping mall, I saw a stroller tip over with the child still inside! Scary!

O.K., that would completely freak me out. I've never had anything like that happen; however, I did watch my next-door-neighbors' car roll out of their driveway and under the fence behind it.

** I hope no one was hurt! That could have been a disaster!
