Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.

I’ve never been much into carving….I like to keep the pumpkins just the way the are, but I’m sure it has something to do with a little girl I knew in 2nd grade who accidentally cut off her pinky finger while carving a pumpking. UGH! We just grabbed some at the grocery store this year, but I have a ton of fake pumpkins in the house too!

That's so nice that your sister took your kids! We go to a local pumpkin patch here on the outskirts of Phoenix, called Schnepf Farms. It has a lot to offer but is a bit pricey. .-= Nicolle B.´s last blog ..A Bunch of Winners!!! =-.

Aw, that’s so sweet! We usually get our pumpkins wherever seems good at the time-Our favorite is driving into the country and stopping at random roadside farmers markets. That way we’re helping them out and getting ourselves an organic pumpkin

We head to the pick your own farm for fruits & veg too. We found three. Two for cooking & one for carving. Princess Diva has even written her name on it so that no one could ever mistake it for hers! We also did the corn maze (even got lost to the point that they gave us a prize for finding the farthest point of the maze) & the bake shop.
