For some reason, we don’t have too many circus’ that some to town. I’m not sure why. I would love for my girls to see The Big Top in person!
However, for the rest of you lucky people, The Ringling Bros. Circus just may be coming to a town near you! How great would it be to take the family to see the animal shows, clown acts, high wire trapeeze, jugglers, and much more family fun? And if you get there an hour early, you’ll be able to see an elephant paint, try on a costume, clown around, work those muscles, shake paws with a performing pound puppy and more with your host, Leo Acton. The last circus we went to was a Shriners’ Circus, I believe. We got free tickets through the Head Start program the boys were attending at the time. Before the circus started, the kids could go down onto the floor of the auditorium and interact with some of the animals, and they had one of those pumped up slide thingies. Watching the kids have fun was my favorite part by a lo.o.o.o.ng shot!
My favorite part of the circus is the junk food. The popcorn, peanuts and cotton candy!

i don’t see it listed but we are going next friday in stockton. it will be the FIRST TIME for my youngest and in honor of the occasion the ringmaster of our family circus splurged big time and got us choice seats front and center. i am so freakin’ excited for him…and for me. our favorite part is the elephants.

The circus always comes to town around my son’s birthday and we were just talking about taking him this year!! I think my favorite part will be watching his face as he sees it all for the first time!!

Besides the cotton candy, i like to watch the acroabts. ITs amazing how they can be up so high, and not seem nervous.

we love the clowns
my mom used to work in a bank and every year the bank would rent a bus and take it’s employees and their families to see The Circus in Manhattan. We always looked foward to it growing up. I would have to say my favorite part of the circus is the clowns and the cotton candy!!!!!!

The Clowns
We just took our grandson to his first circus so this will be a fun item for him. While at the circus my wife confessed that this was her FIRST circus, too.
