We recently had the opportunity to try out Dawn Hand Renewal with Olay Beauty for ourselves. I was very interested in finding out if using this dishwashing liquid just 5 times could really make a difference. And since I wash the dishes at least twice a day, if not more, I knew it wouldn’t take very long to find out.
The first day I washed the dishes 3 times and I could already tell that there was a slight difference. It was like I had just put lotion on my hands without the greasy feeling. The second day I wash the dishes another three times and I could tell that my hands felt noticeably softer. Even my husband noticed the difference.
I love the idea of getting two things done at once – cleaning the dishes and protecting my hands. I mean, if I’m going to spend so much time washing the dishes I might as well get something more out of it, right?

Space Bag Space-Saver Tote (Giveaway)
Like most families we have more things than we have storage for. Therefore, I’m always looking for space saving products that will help me make the most of the limited space we have. For example, we have a bunch of bulky Winter clothing from the few times that we’ve been in the snow. That plus my cold-weather wardrobe from when I was on tour with Vaseline Intensive Rescue means that we have a tons of items that we just can’t use around here.

Just pile in your items, zipper up the top, and vacuum out the air. That’s it! The patented turbo valve removes air and compresses items 35% faster. However, if you’re like me and do not have a vacuum that sucks air out you can just roll the air out of the bag and use your body weight to compress. You may not get the ultimate storage benefit but look at what I was able to fit into the tote!
Those two containers and laundry basket were filled to the top with bulky Winter clothes. Now they all fit nicely into the Space-Saver Tote. Can you imagine how much more I could have fit into the tote if I had a proper vacuum?
The great thing about the Space-Saver Tote is that it’s water, dirt, & mildew resistant so you know that you can store your items for a very long time without worrying about them. And I really like that there’s a clear window in the front of the tote to give you an idea of what’s inside. This way I won’t have to keep opening it up to take a peek.

SC Johnson Makes Green Choices (Giveaway)
Last Summer I had the opportunity to share with you SC Johnson’s bold initiative to minimize their environmental footprint by introducing the Windex Mini. This year, they have expanded their greener product line to include fantastik, Pledge, Scrubbing Bubbles, and Shout Carpet. These 5 popular cleaning products are now available in concentrated refill versions which you mix yourself using just water.
Currently, American consumers buy 320 million cleaning products in trigger bottles each year, and millions of them end up in landfills. By comparison, concentrated refills use less packaging, decrease shipping impacts and reduce waste.

I received a 2.9 fl. oz. bottle of each of the five cleaners to try out for myself. What I found was the same great cleaners that SC Johnson is known for. I liked that these five little bottles are made from easy-to-recycle plastic and takes up pretty much no room in my storage cabinet. I also liked that they’re easy to mix as well. Just pour the entire bottle of concentrate into a trigger bottle and add water. That’s it!
They even give you the matching label to put onto your trigger bottle to make it look official.

Giuliana Rancic and Glade Team Up To Inspire Women (Giveaway)

These newly designed containers are very modern looking and actually blends into my decor because when you take off the outside label the container is completely white. No more having to hide it when guests come over!
We also received the Oil Diffuser in Pineapple & Mangosteen and Fuji Apple & Cardamom Spice. To use it, just remove the diffuser card and insert it into the decorative holder.
When you hear a “click” you’re ready to go. I really liked that you have a choice between the white holder or the brown bamboo one. This gives you more of an option when coordinating with your home’s decor.
The best part about the new Glade Expressions is that it really works! The scent is long lasting and doesn’t disappear moments after it’s dispensed. It’s also not too strong or overpowering. However, what we liked best were the selections of scents available. The combinations produce scents that are not normally available in other air fresheners.
