After more than half my emails were returned undeliverable today, I’ve finally made the move to Gmail.
It takes a little getting used to but I like the different themes and gadgets available. And yes, I wish I could put an image into my signature but I’ll have to learn to live without it. Now comes the hard part of trying to change everything over. Yuck!
Anyway, if you have me as a contact and would like to update my info, the new address is:

you know i was thinking it was kinda funny that I never knew you used an image for your signature, but just so you know a lot of people do disable images in their email, like myself. I never see images in my email, because of the “harm� that might come from loading up foreign images. viruses and trojans and such.
So not having an image for your signature isn’t that bad.

I’ve been having some problems with my yahoo too. I used to have a Gmail account but I forgot my sign in name and password since I rarely use it. I guess that means I have to make a new one.

You can make a signature with an image and you can log into your old account if you have forgotten the password. Gmail is really quite useful.

I did the same thing two weeks ago! I had just had enough of Yahoo being so unreliable. Google does take some getting used to, but I really like it!

I have email at both. I hadn’t noticed any of my messages from yahoo getting bounced. but then those who aren’t getting them don’t tell me. LOL

Gmail is fantastic! In your email settings just put the html code in your signature and you can use the images.

Congrats! I was sad about letting my image in my signature go too but on the bright side my e-mails don’t get snagged as spam as much when they were in html code for the picture.

I use gmail also (along with yahoo) but the only thing I don’t like about it is there aren’t any folders.

I never liked Yahoo. at all. still don’t. That’s why I use the email that comes with our cable hook-up.

Welcome to the dark side! No…seriously, I love gmail! Once you get used to it, it really is nice. I also have a yahoo account that I use any time I have to sign up for something with my email that may end up getting a lot of mail. That way, my gmail account only has things I really want to read.
Also, you can have folders in a way. They are called labels. You can have more than one label per email and they can be color-coded.
I think that once you get used to it, you will really like gmail!

You, know, I have been having all kinds of problems with my Yahoo acct, too. While trying to communicate with some ladies I’m designing blog for, I exasperatedly (is that a word?) set up a gmail acct to communicate with them, and I love it. I like how they group all the replies to a message in a “thread.” That really helps when you’re going back and forth a lot.
