Good Morning Kailani! Happy Friday! I’m not playing today - because I won’t be around to visit all the blogs … but I’ll answer yours! MY favorite thing about Fall is the smell! I love the crispness of the air and the smell of burning leaves and smoke from fireplaces…. mmm… OH yea - and the COOKING smells too! Sweet spices! YUM!

I’ve never experienced Fall personally
but based on photos and videos, I like the changes in hues that take place during this season.

My favorite thing about fall is college football…..That’s right! This chick digs football!

My favorite thing about fall is all the colors. It is just so beautiful. I like to take drives through the park and see the leaves change. I also like apple picking time, and baking pies. Oh and i like to watch the kids make piles of leaves. It is so hard to just pick on thing that i like.

My favorite thing? Definitely the cool, crisp air. Like this morning for example - it’s 45 degrees. Cool enough for a sweatshirt but not so cold that your teeth are chattering. lol

And definitely the golds, reds, and yellows of the changing leaves.

I love so many things about fall, but my favorite thing is probably all of the beautiful colors on the trees.

Pumpkins! We visit a local pumpkin patch every year, pick our pumpkins and then I make pie out of them. Mmmmm!

Fall is my favorite season because of the holidays, the change that nature brings to my surroundings and yes, as mentioned by Karen and Melli, the wonderful changes in the air. My favorite thing is the cool breeze that kicks up and the October sky. I love the darkening sky with eerie clouds and a full moon shining through.

The cooler weather and all the pumpkin stuff!

I’m not a fan of fall. It starts to get cold, all my lovely plants die and there’s no more fresh veggies in my garden. It’s a depressing time for me.

I’m a spring/summer gal. Sounds like I need to move to Hawaii. LOL!

My absolute favorite thing about fall is the cool brisk mornings and the warm but not too warm days!

*sniff* It was 103F yesterday, and I thought it was starting to cool off.

My favorite thing about Fall would be taking the kids to the pumpkin patch to pick out pumpkins.

EVERYthing! The temperature, the colors, the sights, the anticipation… I absolutely adore this time of year. I feel so connected to nature during autumn.

My favorite thing about fall is: I can’t stand the fall, but I guess it woudl be the changing of the leaves before they leave the tree. After which the land looks so dead and lifeless. At that point I am in deperate need for Spring to arrive.

I wish I could put some inspirational words about the beautiful color changing leaves, or the slow reduction of warmth, or the reminder that the dreaded holiday season is approaching, but I would not be admitting the truth about my passion. What I love about fall is FOOTBALL!! Fantasy leagues, pick ‘em polls, HDTV, the whole experience. Football provides a good distraction on the transition into the worst time of year and then leaves you dead in the middle of it (winter). I wish I could be in Hawaii. I wish I could see the scenic views of one of America’s most beautiful places. I will not be able to post Aloha Friday on my blog, but feel free to visit and comment. When I lived in California I
loved fall because of the change in the air and the fall colors. Now that I live in Canada I am not sure I enjoy it so much, because fall here is like a California winter…..

One more thing…..I have a US PO Box, I noticed on the bath products it can only be a US mailing.

My favorite thing about Fall? Not much, it’s too cold. The fresh fruits and veggies are good, though.

After a summer record breaking heat, coupled with the drought, what I’m loving about this fall, is the cooler weather and the hope of rain.

Cooler temps, especially in the mornings!

Thanksgiving. We go out to our favorite restaurant & pretty much just loaf around the rest of the day. It is one of the handful of times during the year that I eat dessert. Pumpkin pie. I can smell it as I type this.

I love the rustling of the leaves

i love the expectation of the full holiday season. it’s the best transition time. the breeze gets crisp here in la. sometimes it bites a little and your fingers tingle. i love the feeling of that coming during the fall season.

I’m bloggin again! I’m going to participate in aloha Friday next week! My favorite things about fall in the Northwest is the chill in the air. The leaves changing colors. The smells and harvest. In California, my favorite thing is the drop in temperature. We can finally go out and play!
