Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday.
In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing heavy or too thought-provoking.

Did you participate in the Bloggy Giveaway Carnival? If so, did you win anything?
I was lucky enough to have won something I really wanted . . . a Tutu from Kennedy Grace’s Etsy store owned by our very own Cathi of The Way I See It . . . Lately, Baby Bug has gotten into dressing up in costumes with skirts so I really wanted her to have a tutu of her very own. I can’t wait for it to arrive! Thanks Cathi!

I participated… a LOT and I didn’t win anything. This is the third time I’ve played and have only won one thing. I’m thinking it’s a waste of time (and a lot of spam mail from people who require you to join their “mailing list”) so I probably won’t participate again. Although I’ll be tempted…

I did participate and I won the one giveaway I wanted the most. Edi at Exotic Eating Experiment (http://exoticeatingexperiment.blogspot.com/) gave away a copy of the FIeld Guide to Produce and I can’t wait for it to arrive.
I only entered the giveaways for blog’s I read regularly though and didn’t give anything away myself this time around. Life has been hectic around our house lately.

I’ll think about participating today, but I’m kind of busy to be thinking up a question, lol.
I won several things, including a tutu! I don’t know what I am most excited about, though, the Luna Pads or the sweet pomegranant pucker organic candy! Trinity is excited about the tutu.

I was put off that a lot of giveaways (even coupons for merch) were restricted to the US. I sent the fabulous print I gave away to the US from Canada. It costs only a small amount more.
Didn’t win anything myself though.

Two free coupons for yogurt,
Handmade earrings,
customizable fruit rollups (that I made into continuation rewards for my daughters 8th grade class!!)
I think that was all. It was a ton of fun. The next one is in July, I plan on giving for this one, now I just need to figure out what I’m gonna giveaway!!
